Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or other periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted shipping carriers based on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Open Heart Productions LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact Open Heart Productions LLC, and we will assist you in working with the carrier whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.
