Open Heart Productions LLC Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Open Heart Productions LLC. We appreciate your support of our independent films and merchandise. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, an item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, and other opened media.
- Digital downloads and digital content.
- Autographed or personalized merchandise.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need a different size or color (when available), please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
